how to stop a fraudulent entrepreneur that keeps organizing events, cashing money and then files for bankruptcy en starts over a few days later.

Is there anything we can do to stop them? they are event organisers, sell tickets for a bunch of shows (and seem to also do copyright infrigment because they use trademarked names and images) and then after selling out a ton of shows, file for bankruptcy. A few days later, they put the company under another persons name, and start over (or start a new company) and do the same thing. How can we stop these people from being able to do this?
