Will I get withdrawals after 19 days of use?

Hey ya’ll, I have had continuous struggles with sleep and anxiety over the last few months, so my friend’s mum gave me a box of Valium.

Solved my sleep problems right away so I continued to take 5-15mg daily for the next 19 days.

I was not fully aware of the seriousness and cautiousness with which this drug should be consumed, honestly I think from movies and shows I’ve seen I had an almost glamorised view of it.

When I told my doctor hoping for a prescription she immediately warned me of dependence issues and prolonged use.

Reading about the symptoms of withdrawal just stokes my pre-existing anxiety haha, especially considering it was so euphoric having that anxiety reduced by the drug.

So if any of ya’ll have experience with this could you tell me what stopping suddenly is gonna be like after that time?
