7 month old hates being on her tummy

My LO recently turned 7 months and still hates being on her tummy. She has always hated tummy time even when she was a newborn. She can roll both ways but does not often do it… but I know she can do it. She started sitting unassisted a week before she turned 6 months. She can stand while holding her pull up rings on her playpen. She also pushes up with straight arms while on her tummy, even though she won’t do it for a long time. She cries within minutes of being on her tummy. I don’t think she will crawl very soon because of this.

Is anyone elses LO despise tummy time? What are the consequence of babies not being a fan of tummy time?
