Grower problems

So I am really small until I get some blood flowing, like 10 cm at max. I basically don't have a bulge when flacid. Last night we were drinking and had a little game with the girls in the group to guess "who has the biggest". Long story short, my name didn't even came up in the convo, they all voted for the loudest guy in the room. What can I do to have a bd energy?
