Can I upgrade to 105??

I bought a 2021/2022 Trek Domane Al2 rim brake 9 months ago, and I never ride it. I find myself reaching for my 2017 Trek Emonda Alr. I suspect this is for two reasons, 1. The 105 group set and 2. I have a left side power meter.

I really don't know much about bike wrench, but was wondering if it is possible to put a 105 group set on it. Not di2, thinking R7000. It looks like I just need the shifters, cassette, derailer, crank, front derailer and chain. But I was wondering about the bottom bracket. Can I reuse the one in the frame or do I need to get a different one?

Or is this just a stupid idea to blow 700 dollars on a bike that cost 1100? Is there anyway to get a power meter on the Claris group set?
