Bought tickets for LA through Vivid Seats

I tried buying some tickets yesterday and during the presale, but no luck. Sister has always wanted to see Billie Eilish, so we bought tickets through Vivid Seats. The order confirmation states that I would receive my tickets the day before the concert??? And now I realized that tickets are non-transferable.... Did we get scammed? 😔
