Power scale question

I am fully aware of how out of control powerscaling characters can get, but I’m wanting to keep this a bit simple. Do we have actual evidence and limits on how much the strongest (physical lifting or crushing power without assistance, or with minor assistance. No mask powers) characters can lift, or how fast (same restrictions) the fastest characters can move on land, sea, or air? I know that Pohatu can go stupid fast with his mask power, but I don’t know if it’s like the Flash or if he is limited on just how fast he can go. Again, I’m fully aware of how out of control powerscaling can get for things.
