Anyone else on Trozadone for insomnia?

I've been prescribed trozadone along with lamictal Trozadone given as needed for sleep and ive been taking it everyday honestly because i cant sleep at all. I have been having a really bad depression episode though since i started taking it and idk if its related? I usually wake up feeling really bad after sleeping on trozadone. Is this a common side effect or is it unrelated? I have also been PMSing and recently started my lamictal/under alot of stresses so I cant really tell
