Will going off/switching birth control make my mood change if I’ve been on it for years?

Hi everyone! I have been on Blisovi FE 1/20 for about maybe 6+ years now. I don’t really know myself of off it and it’s the first birth control I have been on. Anyway, I would consider myself pretty irritable and moody, and I am now seeing that this is a common side effect and many end up getting of Blisovi for this reason. As I said, I don’t know myself off of it but I’m wondering if it’s possible for my mood to change that much if I get off of it? I’m not sure how it works exactly like if I’d get use to it but I’m assuming since it’s having to do with my hormones, there’s a possibility I could become happier and not so moody if I get off of it?
