Is bleeding two days after IUD insertion normal?

I got the copper iud put in on Monday. It’s Wednesday and there’s a little bit of blood on the toilet paper. There wasn’t any on Tuesday. I did freak myself out on Tuesday cause I couldn’t find the strings so went to urgent care and they said everything was fine and in place, I just have short fingers lol. But today when I saw the blood after I peed I freaked out. Is this normal after insertion or is something wrong with the IUD.
