Why is forearm to the throat "bad"

I seriously don't get why guys are complaining when someone posts their forearm on their throat especially if the guy posting is in top guard. Ezekiel chokes and bread cutters are fine but the moment someone posts their forearm on someone's throat, it's bad?

Edit: by bad I mean some say it's a dirty/douche move
