Black ladies who are spiritual - is casual sex something you do or not?

I’ve been celibate since it ended with a really bad ex. Had sex a few times (so not a true celibate). But now I’ve been avoiding men like the plague and gotten into spirituality. I do believe in energy exchanges and that having sex with people who don’t care for you can be very harmful. But I’ve been feeling very sexually frustrated and gotten in contact with guys from my past (that are kind but fuckboys). I want to have sex but I don’t want to feel bad either.

I would love to hear some of your perspectives on casual sex without commitment. Do you do it? If so how do you avoid feeling shame or bad about yourself? If you don’t? For what reason?
