Can we implement a feature where only Verified Black Men and Women can comment on certain posts?

Similar (or exactly) to what they have on the BlackPeopleTwitter's sub. I'm seeing too many unverified people and it's sus. Also, sometimes I wanna be more sure that a Black person is answering.
