Tbh, kubo used the remanants of the og gotei to show power of zaraki and yhwach. These three also got weak after a millenia. Don't say that unohana was same cause she said so. Yama also said he was the same but both got soft. Unohana in her battle was sad and her eyes were different from the centuries old flashback.
