anybody seem to have lower fps ever since the update?

The game seems insanely unoptimized, people i see that dont have fps drops are ones who have an insanely high-end gpu (i.e. a 4090) cause before the update i had 95fps and higher, now it dropped to half having 40fps consistent making me unable to play (i play at a high level) my other friends have this issue too.. unoptimized update?
