Opinion on X7 purchase

Hi guys I'm looking for some input from the group if this price for a 23 X7 40i is decent or if I should keep looking. Options are Black sapphire on black sensafin, ADAP, M sport, M sport professional with 21" wheels, Executive, Climate, Parking, Captains seats and Trailer hitch. It has 19k miles and is a certified vehicle. Price they're asking is $75,250. The vehicle looks great to me and my wife loves it. One item that did catch my eye was on the build sheet of the vehicle it has the code for blue M calipers and on the actual vehicle it has the Black M sport calipers. Could the build sheet have an error or were they possibly swapped out with another vehicle? Any opinions would be great, thanks
