Games with a similar setting as Alien or The Captain is Dead?

I really like the setting of being on a functioning spaceship with different departments and roles. I do like more of a horror themed but I'm okay if horror isn't the focus.

Personally I'd love to play the Alien TTRPG but I don't think I can get any friends to learn all the rules and I don't want to DM.

Are there any other board games with a similar setting that people would recommend?
