Second hand bikes/ Usato Bici

Ciao tutti! I’m looking for the best place to get second hand/ used bikes. My budget is no more than €50. I’ve heard of some people that fix old bikes but finding them can be difficult. Perhaps one of you fine people know? Grazzieeee.
