First-time List - Soviets

Building my first ever list today. I have the Siberian Veterans and People’s Militia Squad boxes. Just wanting to see if the list I’ve built so far is up to snuff and what I could do to improve it (wanting to play 1000-1250 point games in the future).

Am I taking good advantage of these two boxes? What more should I get?
