Does anyone know good places to get regular clothes tailored in the Boston Area?

Preferably Downtown Boston to Dorchester area.

I'm about to go through surgery and I just bought like 5 pairs of jeans and sweats from Abercrombie that I love so much. I do not want to have to buy new pants all over again. im a size 38-40x30 (mens size).

I don't want to fuck them up with noticeable stitching down the size or too overtly noticeable. Any suggestions are welcomed.
