Strange Aircraft?

I'm not very well educated on airplanes, but im not sure this is a typical passenger plane. Also, I don't know if I've ever seen an aircraft with rear lights as bright as those. Does someone have a better idea of what kind of aircraft this is? The image quality is kind of poor, because I was using my phones maximum zoom.
