Mass General Hospital

MGH has blocked off every spot a person can sit waiting for a patient at a Doctor's appointment. Why they got to take that away from us? Here I am providing transportation for medical treatment and being forced to keep riding around in circles or pay for honor of needing a place to wait!! If anyone reading this works at MGH can you please help us?
