Bouldering and skinny body
I’ve always been skinny and I’ve always had trouble putting on weight. Only in the last period I managed to go from 57kg to 65kg eating everything I could find, but I realize that it is not perhaps the smartest thing to do. This is also because, despite having taken almost 10kg and having gained not that many cms (from 183cm to 186cm), my arms continue to look almost like toothpicks and also the torso is quite thin (I don’t say that you can see the ribs, but they feel very easily if I pass the hand). Years ago I tried some bouldering lessons and I really liked it, but for lack of motivation I did not take this path. Despite that, I would like to start now, but I would like to first of all understand if this sport can help me build some muscles. I realize that I’m not going to do powerlifting and my goal is not even to have that body shape; my goal is to start a sport and simultaneously be able to see me a little more squat and in shape of what I am now.
