Truglo release

Bought this release earlier this summer and have been loving it. Until today it decided to crap the bed and when fired it hung up on one side and severely altered my shot, sending an arrow (that I just bought and fletched😤) into the oblivion of pine needles and briars. Any idea if it’s fixable or why it decided to self destruct? I really enjoyed the boa tightening system but any recommendations for another release?
