Paper / Journal Symptom and Basic Health Tracking
I am looking for a paper journal that has a simple symptom or daily tracker. Something where you can record pain, food, water, sleep, etc. Maybe with a little extra tracking about goals or gratitude. Needs to be super simple though. Nothing with stickers or a million extra pages about meds, etc. Online won't work, but feel free to suggest those as well as someone else may prefer that. Any favorites?
