Triple feeding and falls asleep at 1st breast

I have a 3 week old daughter who I am triple feeding (pump, some formula, and also breast) - due to her lackluster nursing and possibly low supply on my part- pump about 12 oz per day, that’s on top of what she may be getting from the breast. We breastfeed about 4-6 times per day. She latches very easily and I have no pain. The problem is she sucks for a few minutes, then falls asleep on the first breast and will stay on that breast for an hour if I let her, just lightly suckling and having a great sleepy time. I try to wake her up to nurse on the other breast, she will latch but then will do even less productive looking sucking on the 2nd breast. Doc says she doesn’t have a tongue tie, her anatomy looks great, and she has no issues taking milk from the bottle. Any tips on getting her to actually feed from my breast? That would make things much easier!
