4mo won’t take a bottle anymore

My 4mo is breastfed, and was taking a bottle 2 or 3 times a week from his dad. Well we didn’t give him a bottle for a few weeks, and now he REFUSES it, even if he’s really hungry.

I’ve tried being out of the room, having dad try first thing in the morning when he’s starving, we’ve tried frozen milk, freshly pumped milk, and formula. We’re trying with the same bottles he always used, we’ve even tried a faster flow nipple.

Any tips on how to get him to take one again? I don’t often need to leave him, but once in a while I’d like to go get my hair done, take my bigger kids to a movie, etc.
