Can I increase supply after 7 weeks? Lip tie

My son has a lip tie and we are booked to get it fixed in two weeks. (We live rual and need to travel 3 hours and the earlier appointment was in two weeks)

He will be over 7 weeks by then and I’m wondering, would my supply be able to increase?

My milk is pretty regulated and while he is gaining okay, it’s slow and he is still having breast milk jaundice issues. I’m hoping the tie revision fixes our issues but I’m worried that my milk won’t increase?
