Physical exercise/physical therapy affecting supply?

A recurring issue I've had (2019 & 2020) is my upper back, between the shoulder blades. I know it's an issue and has been for most of my life. It's been fine since 2020, minus a flare up or two a month which reminds me to watch my posture.

However, since having a newborn, this pain has significantly increased. Especially with holding, rocking, and feeding (bf) a newborn.

As such, I've started seeing a physical therapist again. I'd love to know if there are any specific exercises I should avoid entirely, that induce breastmilk production, reduce supply, etc. I've never had to do this while breastfeeding.
