Supply drop what to do?
Hoping to get some advice here. When I first started BF I had an oversupply problem. Fast forward I’m 9 weeks post-partum and now I’m experiencing a supply drop and I’ll need to switch to almost exclusively pumping as I return to work soon. I think it’s bc we switched to a 4 hour feed schedule (baby is very healthy weight wise, sleeping well, etc). Lots of conflicting advice out there but in your experience what is the best way to boost supply once you are a bit further along in the journey? I hate pumping so would rather pump for less time more frequently if that’s an option. Should I just be pumping every 2 hours for like 5-7 mins? But if I stop doing that won’t it just drop again?
