1 MONTH wait for a technician!

Internet went out yesterday (11/25) evening and contacted support via chat. They ran through all the basic troubleshooting & determined they needed to schedule a technician to come to my house. The closest date they could give me was DECEMBER 27th!! WTH???

I called customer service today to see what else could be done. Spoke to multiple support staff. Was put on hold multiple times. Had to explain myself and the situation over and over again. No changes; still have a technician scheduled for a month from now!

The whole thing is infuriating. It’s like they don’t even want my business..so I cancelled my service today after about 15 years. (Centurylink/Brightspeed)
