Bristol 1st Removals

Has anyone had any experience with Bristol 1st Removals?
I'm looking online and their reviews seem a bit sketchy.. they've either got absolutely glowing 5 Star reviews, or absolutely terrible 1 Star..? To add to that on Yell, they've got a bunch of duplicate reviews from different accounts posted on the same day which seems suspicious to me??
