Help figuring out replacement part for Vankyo Cinemango 100 Projector

I know this is a piece of junk, but I picked it up for free and am curious if I can repair the burnt polarizer lens that is leaving a large brown mark on the wall when using it. I opened it up and instead of a standalone lens, it is somehow attached to the motherboard with the gold band. I'm wondering if anyone can direct me to a replacement part or parts to help fix this.
