Aspect of life that suffered bec of WFH

I know there are a loooot of benefits ng WFH. Pero, what side of your overall well-being ang sa tingin nyo nag-decline or nag-suffer when you worked from home vs nung nag-o-office pa kayo?

For me (i know sobrang bad but this is honestly my experience and my fault), yung physical aspect ko talaga. Wala na kong exercise unlike before na forced exercise dahil sa pagko-commute. Wala na rin akong pake sa physical appearance ko unlike before na kailangan mo talaga mag-ayos ng sarili dahil sa dami ng makakakita sayo everyday.
