Pc not booting

hi my dad and i where trying to build a pc with bazzite on it as os. we have a phantom gaming 4 B550M with corsair vengeance LPX 2x16gb ddr4 ram, a ryzen 7 5700 cpu and a xfx rx 580 gpu.

the pc fans start running and there is one blinck of light in the ssd light and no video.

tbh i am a newbie to this entirely i am better in software then hardware.
