Question about testing a PSU

So as the title says I need to test a PSU that I bought recently. It’s from a lesser known brand and I decided to take the gamble on buying it since the specs were really solid for the price. I’m not entirely stupid though so I’m not comfortable sticking this thing in with my setup and having it potentially fry everything and leaving me with no pc. Is there any way to test a PSU and see if it will fry my components without having to actually put it in the rig? I have older parts from my former setup that I can use for testing but I would prefer to save those obviously for reselling / having replacement parts in a pinch. My main idea is to take the thing to a PC repair shop or smth similar and have them test it for me (I am not really sure if they would do that but it’s worth it to ask maybe). Any help is much appreciated, and I have the exact PSU listing I bought off of Newegg below.
