Buy now or wait?

I’m making my first pc build and I’m going to buy a rtx 4070. I thought of waiting for the release of the 50 series because I believed that the prices of old cards would go down. Reading around people say that prices will not go down and now I’m afraid that instead of saving by waiting I’ll spend more. I need help to figure out if I can wait or should I buy now. I found a gigabyte 4070 at 570 €, is it a good price or not? Should I wait or buy now?
