A good config for what I need ?

I've been on a laptop and a rtx 1050 for over 5 years now, and I decided it was time to change all that. I tried to see what would fit my needs, but I know I don't know enough about it. Would it be possible to tell me what might not work with my planned config and what I intend to do with it ?

Streaming

1440p

Being able to keep my config at least 5 years

I don't care about the appearance of the pc.
