Is a 200mm fan a shoot in the foot?

I bought a Redragon Aeroglass case for my x670e-plus, ryzen 9 7950x and 4070 super ti. I preferred to go with an air cooler for money and maintenance reasons. Well, I chose this case because it is cheap in my country and accepts 200mm fans, I would go with 2x200m at the front, 1x140mm rear, 3x120mm top. But now that I'm trying to learn how to choose, many are recommending getting everything 120mm because it will make better use of the energy available to the fans... I'm confused.
