Here is what I am thinking so far, but I will happily defer to your expertise:

AMD Ryzen 9 9950X 4.3 GHz 16-Core Processor

be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 50.5 CFM CPU Cooler

MSI MEG X870E GODLIKE EATX AM5 Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance 128 GB (4 x 32 GB) DDR5-5600 CL40 Memory

be quiet! Dark Base 900 ATX Full Tower Case

Questions:

Is that MoBO worth the money or should I go with something less expensive like the MSI MPG

What graphics card? I don't think a 4090 will fit in the budget. Will a 4070 work out--which one is best?

Is the corsair ram the best DDR5 or do you have better recs?

I can't thank yo enough for your help!!!!!
