What book for journaling do you recommend?

So I want to make journaling a daily practice and I’m keen to find a book that suits my journaling style. In a nutshell, journaling has taken many forms for me in the past. I’ve used guided journals which I found restricting at times, I’ve used plain/ruled journals which I’ve found intimidating when I felt I had nothing to write, I’ve jotting what’s on my mind on my mind onto to-do list, post-its and even random books like my notebook for work. Most of the times when I have a the urge to journal there’s strings of thoughts on my mind I can simply write down, but at other times it feels like clusters of thoughts and feelings that I can only express with doodles or diagrams. I’m keen to discover a book that can accommodate my journaling style and I’m hoping you wonderful people have some ideas for me. Below is the description of the sort of book I’m looking for. A book that I can write in and doodle in. And if I ever revert back to journaling using different mediums, the book should be able to also act as a scrap book where I can consolidate different pieces of journaling bits into it.

Please let me know what books you know of that fit the description below or come close.

  • Around A5 size
  • Yellow-ish pages (white strains my eyes)
  • Dotted rulings (preferably a light grey-ish colour)
  • Soft cover (for flexibility and ease of fitting it into various handbags)
  • Lightweight (so maybe thin pages, but I wouldn’t want them to be so thin that ink spills through the opposite side of a page or maybe there’s a specific pen for the ink spilling through thin pages that you know of?)
  • Opens flat (just for the writing experience I guess)
  • Is undated but with dates pre-printed (like the Stalogy notebook)
  • Should have 365 pages or more
