How long bupropion takes to fix emotional bluntness?

I was on Zoloft for a year that treated my depression and anxiety with full remission. But I am emotionally blunt. I was already emotionally blunt way before starting Zoloft and it just made it slightly worse. Now my doctor changed my med I quit Zoloft by tapering it over few weeks after that I started taking Wellbutrin 150 mg xl. I have been taking it for 9 days now and so far I just got side effects as predicted. How long it’s gonna take to fix my emotional bluntness? When I will feel like a teenager again? I mean I am still 19 but I was happy and felt emotions when I was 13,14,15.Please share your experience of treating emotional bluntness with Wellbutrin.
