Buy Nothing Groups Off FB

I am looking to see if anyone has any traction on buy nothing groups outside of FB. Trying to get off Meta, and there are real community and enviormental benefits to buy nothing groups. The only other one I have seen is the Buy Nothing Project and it doesn't appear very active. Anyone else interested in trying to find a new home for a group like this?
