Turning down a F2F interview—- question

If you just completed training with one airline and then got a F2F invitation to a different airline, do you politely decline or just not respond to the email? It was my preferred airline, but I have just finished training somewhere else and do not want to start the process over right now. Not to mention I don’t feel it’s right to look elsewhere so soon.
