Question about my meal plan for my deficit.

I do not want to hear about this is unhealthy, and I should aim for higher cals, this isnt the point of the post.

I am 18 years old, I'm biologically born male, I am 5'8, I'm 220 pounds.

I'm consuming only 1000 calories per day.

My BMR is estimated 1992 cals/day

While I burn around 2400 excluding my bmr which totals to 4392.

If my goal is to reduce my fat, while retaining and possibly trying to build my muscle while on this deficit.

What is the best meal plan to do so? I want something high in protein obviously, something either low fat, but I've heard high fat in case of my hormones going berserk, and low carb, but high carb before my workout.
