[general] A character that is underrated in term of power and ability?

As the title says, a character who is stronger and more powerful than the fandom give credit?

For me, Hazel Levesque. Controlling the Mist is quite OP, not to mention her ability to summon precious metal. Personally I think Hazel is the strongest Hades/Pluto kid, but she is barely remembered by the fandom.
