Outfits and LA weather

Are they not hot? I notice they always wear sweatshirts and especially Brooke will be wearing Uggs. Obviously they’re always somewhere with AC but here on the East Coast a walk from your house to the car will have you sweating bullets. You get into the car and feel like you’re melting until the AC is on for a couple of minutes 😭
