Worth trying to save or throw it

Let me say first that I normally wouldnt consider taking the time to try and repair this due to its condition obviously but I've been hoping to come up with a canoe for a while now plus I just so happen to have fiberglass mat and epoxy/resin to work with. I think i already know the answer before asking but here it goes anyways... is still not worth the effort or time to try and restore back to working shape?
