Any fellow small business owners feel like the labour laws in the country are abit out of touch?

As a small business owner myself, I'm currently being take to the CCMA and I've found that there is not much information out there for small businesses today gain knowledge enough for the laws around. Is it just me or are we not supported enough with apparently very easy to access and must know information?
