Should I Accept This Car After PDI? Concerns and Advice Needed i20 Sportz

I'm about to purchase my first car, and I just went through the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). However, I noticed a few things that have me second-guessing whether I should accept the car. Here’s what I found:
- Dust and Cleanliness: The car had dust spots all over it. I insisted they clean it, but they just used water, and it didn’t look as good as it did in the showroom. They promised to clean and polish it before delivery, guaranteeing it will look showroom-ready.
- Manufacture Date: The car's manufacture month is July 2024.
- Tyre Manufacture Dates: Four out of the three tires were manufactured in August 2024, and one in July 2024. They said this is normal.
- Rust on Brakes: Both front disc brakes showed strong rust, and there was also rust on the back mount and screws. They claimed this is normal too. (Photos attached below)
As a novice, I’m not sure if these issues are typical or if I should be concerned. Is this something I should accept, or do I have valid reasons to reject the car? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
